
Garden to table.
Our organic market garden has over 1.2 hectares of growing space, three greenhouses and a citrus orchid. We have full time gardeners that look after the space and bring it to life with each season. We grow all of our mixed salads, micro greens, garlic, spinach and more. All of our food scraps and compostables from our restaurants make their way back into the ground as healthy compost to grow the next generation of food.

Over 25 years of hard work, dedication and time have gone into the garden to table story at Toad Hall. We are proud to bring a slice of Toad Hall to the Kaiteriteri Waterfront. Bringing along with it the same ethos of outstanding hospitality, fresh and local ingredients and an atmosphere of comfort, enjoyment and time well spent.
